AW Andalucia Weddings & Events is run by a “Dynamic Duo”: British-born Michael Soffe, and Canadian-born Laura Dibben. We speak fluent English, Spanish and French and share a passion for our adopted country, having lived in Spain for 23 years and 11 years respectively.
We both have the fundamental traits of creativity and a paramount attention to detail, and a complete desire to turn our clients’ visions into reality.
Together we founded AW Andalucia Weddings & Events in 2006, after several years working together in the Hotel and Hospitality industry. We are delighted to be considered a leading light in the Wedding Planning sector in Andalucia, creating unique Boutique Weddings and Events along the Costa del Sol from Marbella to Malaga and beyond – an area of Spain that offers a multitude of locations for your Destination Wedding be it a Hotel Wedding, a Villa Wedding or a Beach Wedding or for your Corporate Event.
Your wedding should be the most memorable day of your lives, and it is our belief that a wedding or event should contain elements of “pure theatre”. Michael’s 14 years working as a Stage Manager for one of the UK’s leading ballet companies ensures that this “element” is present. Laura’s keen eye for detail and colour means that everything will be beautifully co-ordinated. Our services are backed by a team of highly professional suppliers that have been tried and tested over the years.
Working closely with you, our renowned AW Styling & Design and AW Floral will create the decoration, lighting, bouquets and floral arrangements, stationery, etc, in tune to your ideas, colours and theme.
AW Events are experts in creating corporate events and private parties, and combined with the AW Catering service, we have all aspects covered.
